We have immediate openings in our company for Customer Service Executive with the leading Financial Firm based in Mumbai.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Understanding the products and services provided by the company

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email/call/ticketing tools

  • Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and interactive communication

  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clearer and simpler manner to customers

  • Excellent command over written and verbal English language

  • Keep track of customer interactions

  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Job Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience. Freshers can apply too

  • Strong call handling skills and active listening

  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers

  • Languages known - English & Hindi (Tamil, Marathi will give a value addition)
