We have immediate openings in our company for Business Development Executive with the leading Financial Firm based in Mumbai.
Principal Responsibilities
-
Identify sales opportunities for the Secured/Unsecured Loans products by acquiring new customers and building new relationships
-
Generate fresh leads through self sourcing/references
-
Ability to use all communication platforms effectively like telephone, email, and face to face.
-
Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
-
Develop relationship with Builders, Realtor's, CA, DSA , Connectors and corporate to leverage business.
-
Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
-
Ability to drive “sales targets” of multiple loan products – Mortgage/Home Loan/LAP/PL/BL etc.
-
Have interactions with bankers of various products for smooth processing of files. Will be responsible from file logins to disbursement, must align with bank policies & take care of compliance in each step of the process.

Collecting documents according to the checklist from the customers
-
Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to their respective employers.

Maintain proper MIS and also give proper feedback time to time on various market related activities
